Just what I thought. With a 512 blocksize, Mounter correctly calculates the
size of a device. If you use a blocksize of 1024 or greater, Mounter will
incorrectly calculate the size of a device. It appears that Mounter
multiplies total raw blocks by the formatted blocksize. With 1000 raw
blocks and a blocksize of 512, Mounter will report 512,000 bytes. With a
blocksize of 1024, Mounter will report 1,024,000 bytes, which is incorrect
- it should report 512,000 bytes (all other things being equal).
